When will my order arrive?

IN STOCK: Items in stock take approximately 1 week with delivery.

PRE-ORDER: It will take 3-4 weeks from the completion of a PRE-ORDER date for item(s) to arrive. Production timelines can vary from one collection to another.

 

Do you offer free local delivery or local pick-up?

Yes. We offer free delivery in Niverville, St. Adolphe, Steinbach, and Ste. Agathe. Use the code LOCAL at checkout and we will contact you when your order is ready :) (You can also contact [email protected] if pick-up is preferred)

 

I placed an order, but have not received a tracking information?

Once your order is packaged and the shipping label is printed, you will be sent an email update with the tracking information.


What payment methods are available?

On our website you can pay via Debit, Visa, and MasterCard. If you would like to pay with E-Transfer, you can email us.


What shipping method is used?

Canada Post


Return?

Returns are only allowed in Niverville and surrounding communities Due to shipping costs. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 


Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, orders cannot be cancelled once processed.

 

Is there a size chart?

Size charts can be located underneath each product.
