Social Clothing uses one of the most sustainable print methods. The printers use water-based Neopigment inks making them non-hazardous, non-toxic and biodegradable. 

Water is used from the “washout” phase of the process which would usually go to waste. The use of a digital process for creating the screen also eliminates the need for acetate paper, making for a much less wasteful process. 

One of the biggest environmental risk factors in textiles is water pollution. By using Kornit printers it is a 100% waterless process; there are no pre-treatment, steaming or washing required during the printing process.
